The 4820k is still a really good chip, I wouldn't upgrade it for another couple of years. I'd say revisit the prospect of upgrading when Intel Cannonlake (first Intel 10nm architecture) chips come out.
unless you are using some sort of production software that hammers the CPU and can actually use multicores there is no CPU for you to upgrade to. Rule of thumb is to wait at least 4 generations before you bother to think about upgrading a CPU.
