Is this a good less than $500 budget gaming pc build?

I'm trying to build my first gaming pc.

Intended use: I'll mostly play Heroes of the Storm and from time to time Warframe + watch movies, Netflix, etc.

my original budget was around $650 then I realized that I'd have to buy the windows 10 OS and as well as a monitor so I had to lower the budget on the pc and these are the parts I'm planning to use. (adding sales tax into the picture will raise the price too... ugh...)

CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor ($104.99)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($46.99)
Memory: Crucial 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($39.99)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($49.99)
Video Card: Zotac GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB Mini Video Card ($143.21)
Case: Rosewill Line-M MicroATX Mini Tower Case ($37.03)
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Certified ATX Power Supply ($36.45)
Other: JBtek All Black Sleeved PWM Fan Splitter Cable 1 to 2 Converter ($5.99)
Total: $464.64
*All prices are currently from Amazon and I don't have to worry about shipping.
**Even if the prices listed at Newegg are cheaper, I excluded the ones that had mail-in rebates because that's not really saving money as I hope to.

So on to the questions

1. I've been seeing a fair number of reviews on Amazon and Newegg that the Gigabyte GA-H110M-A Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard was DOA. Is this something I should be worried about or is it a reliable motherboard to use?
2. The RAM I chose doesn't have a heatsink. I'm cramming everything into a small case and didn't want to risk having it scrape against the hard drive. Is it better to have a heatsink though?
3. For the video card, I'd originally considered a RX 470 but chose this one to save the extra $20. Also I don't think the games I want to play can be run pretty smoothly on a GTX 1050 Ti. But is it still better to get the RX 470?
4. I chose this particular case because It had two built-in fans and I thought it would be better for heat management since I'll be cramming everything into the small space. Are there any other budget cases with built-in fans, or is it really unnecessary? If so, any recommendations?
5. Any other recommendations to tweak this build?
6. Any monitor recommendations? I'll probably end up buying a 1080p monitor that has a discount on Amazon since I'm on a budget but I still want to know what to look for.

Thank you!

Solution
Well first off, that build is pretty good. If you can get teh 470, then go for it as it does outperofmrs it. The games you are playing should be just fine. As far as the heatsink it really doesn't matter since RAM doesn't rreally give off a lot of heat. Two case fans is pretty normal. When you get the chance, try to grab another fan, or two to replace one of the fans. I have a Noctua fan, and it is lovely.

As far as a monitor, I was able to grab two 60hz 1080p ASUS monitors for $189 after a rebate. I needed them for my mount.
