This is my second build, except I'm going big this time. No expenses spared.

It's been a while since my last build, tech has exploded quite a bit since, and I want to make sure to get the cooling aspects right specifically. I couldn't get black Friday on time so I'm trying to get cyber Monday as quick as possible. Help ASAP!

Everything is sourced through newegg.ca

My Pending Build:

CASE: Lian Li PC-06X
CPU: Intel 6700k
CPU COOLER: Deepcool Gamer Storm CAPTAIN 360EX Water cooling pump
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 FTW HydroCopper GAMING
MOBO: Asus Rog Maximus VIII Ranger
RAM: G Skill TridentZ Series 2 x 16 GB (32GB)
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 2.5" 1tb x2 (2TB total)
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750
probably bluray too.
will run Windows 10

QUESTION 1: I'm new to building cooling rigs. Can I use the Deepcool CPU cooler and get some extra tubing from frozencpu.com and create a three-tubed chain from cooling pump to CPU to GTX 1080 HydroCopper to pump easily? I can't find any examples of a graphics card with built in cooler system AND how to have both CPU and GPU linked to a single cooling pump. I could do a separate pump for GPU and leave the Deepcool for just the CPU but I'm only seeing GPU coolers that are made for cards WITHOUT built in cooling. How do I set up cooling to this card properly?Thoughts?

QUESTION 2: I think I have everything down pat, but can I get a confirmation that all components are compatible? I should have more than enough power. And MOBO is pretty flexible with regards to RAM.

Thanks!

It's not a good idea to take apart and add to an AIO(All-in-one) if you have no experience, problems like air bubbles, quicker evaporation of the liquid, and leaks can happen. If you want a custom loop just buy the parts and build it.
And as for the components, everything should work fine together. My personal opinion, switch out the Deepcool AIO for Arctic Liquid Freezer 240 if you are going with AIO.

Thanks Nick, yeah, I did more research late last night and came to the same conclusion... Probably just going to build a custom loop, especially since I'm wall mounting, I'll have to take gravity into consideration. The only space for the reservoir is the bottom right cage bay of the Lian Li, so will have to flip pc 180 for proper flow etc. So much for a quick buy lol. All part of the beauty of the build in the end I suppose ;)
