3200 mhz Ram on a MSI Z170A M5.

What CPU? that's the determining factor. If you have a K model CPU you may need a slight OC on the CPU to run 3200. Regardless install the DRAM, go into BIOS enabale XMP select profile 1 and then boot. XMP will set the sticks up for you, if it boots you are probably good, if not, check for a newer BIOS and try, if still no joy then try a bit of a CPU OC

You'll be fine, the worst that will happen is it won't boot at those speeds. You can always manually set it to a low speed. However the X.M.P profile of 3200 will be fine most likely since that isn't an extreme setting.
