Hyper D92 thermal paste conductive?

I can't find an answer anywhere. Is the thermal paste that comes with the "Cooler Master: Hyper D92" conductive? Because the thermal paste is slightly on the edge of my i7 6700K CPU. Should it be fine? Thanks.

You'd have to contact Cooler Master to know for sure. They may change TIM from time to time. Where on the CPU is it? Contacts? Socket?
