AMD processors are atleast a couple of generations old and obsolete now. Even an i3-6100 outperforms the best of current AMD cpus' by miles.

My opinion... not much.

1. Presuming this is for gaming, FX cores are slow and more than 2-3 of them do not help.
The socket is obsolete with no upgrade potential.

A Intel $125 I3-6100 beats the FX-8370 in this review for most games.

2. You need a better cooler to OC,and at 159mm high, it may not fit in your case.

3. I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games. If you can go 240gb, or 500gb you may never need a hard drive.

I would defer on the hard drive unless you need to store large files such as video's.
It is easy to add a hard drive later.
Samsung EVO is a good choice for performance and reliability.

4. EVGA supernova NEX is a tier 3 unit on this list:

You can do better. Look for Seasonic, xfx, antec for starters.

You are about to spend nearly $700 for a 5 (soon to be) 6 year old computer. The FX8350 is antiquated technology back from 2011. If you are going to buy a new computer then buy an actual NEW computer with a modern chipset.

A dual core SkyLake Core I3-6100 can beat out an 8 core FX8350 even in direct X12 AMD sponsored titles and for less money ($120)
