Hi Everyone!
I need an expert to answer my question because it's very tricky.
Here we go:
I have multiple MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-990FX-Gaming AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
Currently, I'm running 6x470 amd per board using riser 1x to 16x pci-e and the performance of the card is perfect.
My question: How do I know ''how much a card is saturating my motherboard pci-e total speed?''
Why? Because i've seen pci splitter, 1 time 16x pci-e to 12 time pci-e 8x...
Would that work if I put 6 splitter on my motherboard, giving me 72 pci-e 8x ?! If we dont take PSU in the addition indeed.
I mean, how do I know my total speed available and how much a card consume before putting too much splitter and just saturating everything??
Thank you!
