My previous build was
Motherboard_GA 78LMT S2PT
Processor_ AMD FX 4300
CPU cooler_ Cooler Master Hyper 212X
GPU_ Radeon R9 270X
RAM_ Corsair Vengeance 1600 X2
PSU_ Corsair VS650
I bought a new AMD FX 8350 processor and Gigabyte 970A DS3P motherboard. After I set up everything,the pc does not power up. But when I remove my Hyper 212X and fit the stock cooler that came with the FX 8350,the pc starts up normally. My hyper 212X consists of only one 140mm fan which should not cause the problem. The CPU is fitted perfectly. Then I cannot understand why my system refuses to start.
