Good Build for Moderate FPS gaming?

Is this a decent build for a starter? Looking to not spend to much over 600$. Just a beginner but want to be able to play some decent FPS games and such. Feed back would help!

This is the CXM, it's an updated line which is much better.
NEVER use the power supply tier list, it's good for beginners, but it's kind of bad imo.
The case isn't the best quality. but it allows for an i5 and RX 480, well worth it.
Here you go, much better.

The CX series of Corsair power supplies aren't very reliable. Refer to the Power supply tier list for recommendations, but the CX series is tier four, and has cheap capacitors. The Antec one the OP listed isn't spectacular either.

I would also look at a better case, CoolerMaster N200/NZXT Source 210 come to mind for slightly better build quality. Nothing more miserable than screw holes that don't line up and razor sharp edges to cut your fingers up.

The i5-4460 is almost three years old. The 6500 is a much better choice. I also wouldn't trust that Seagate 1TB drive, they don't have a great reputation and the WD Blue 1TB is the same price.
