First time builder here. So I've just put together everything without the graphics card. Just i7 Processor. I have a MSI Gaming Pro H110M Motherboard, and after setting everything together. I decided to boot my computer. No fans spinning, no nothing. My fans doesn't spin either. However one time I plugged into my PSU, and the the CPU and PSU fans spun for one second and never spun again after that. When I press the power or restart button, literally nothing happens. Any ideas to what's going on? Is it my cables? or my motherboard? I've tested my PSU with the paperclip trick, and that seemed to work fine so its either my cables or motherboard, but I'm pretty sure I've hooked everything up correctly... Any ideas? I'm desparate to get this machine running :(

I don't think that's the issue since I've also plugged in a 2400MHz Crucial Ballistix 8GB Single Stick DDR4 but my mobo supports DDR4 2133MHz, if that matters. It may be cabling issues but I highly doubt that? I've plugged in the CPU Fan into the CPUFAN slot (4-pin), Case Fan into SYSFAN1 (3-pin) but 4 on mobo, 20+4 PIN connector, the CPU Power from the PSU (4-pin) at the top of motherboard. PSU's fine. I built my machine on wood, but I was standing on carpet kinda walking back and forth but I did touch metal once in a while and I didn't really touch the mobo much besides plugging in the cable. I made sure my PWR & HDD LED & Reset switches were correct since they were from the manual, I don't know what's wrong because I'm noob, but I've done some research and it's either the mobo faulty either by me or the company or I miscabled.
