Howdy folks,
as stated in the tittle, I would like to overclock my 6700k to 4.7 GHz with a Cryorig H7, is it good enough? I am new to the world of overclocking :)

Solution
The H7 is good enough to push 4.7 Ghz, although it'll be sillicon lottery. Not all CPU's can run at 4.7 Ghz stable.

Solid monitor choice, one of the best IPS panels on the market.

Seagate 3TB's have reported higher failure rate, make sure your model isn't the one suffering from it.

Thanks for you help, I do realize it's silicon lottery, was just concerned about the over all performance of the cooler, I might go for another HDD if this is the case. As of the monitor, I got a stunning bargain, got it for $60 USD brand new :D

There was a pricing error, snapped it, the dealer honored it! o-o
And regarding the Voltage, I'm aware, was still just concerned regarding the cooler performance :D

It's been a few months so you may have moved on, but if you're still curious about H7 overclocking I have a little experience. For reference you can view my build in the signature line, but I was able to get 4.4GHz out of my 6700K with it. At this speed I reached 88 degrees Celsius and called it a day. That max was after 30 minutes on RealBench by the way. I was averaging about 83 degrees Celsius, meaning any higher overclock would be ridiculous. I will be upgrading to a Corsair H100i V2 soon and recommend this cooler if you plan to overclock past x44. Also, I gave the CPU a 1.333 Voltage limit and could probably go a little lower but haven't tried.

Hope this helps!
