I have:
Asus R9 290 with aftermarket fan (ARCTIC | Accelero Xtreme III)
i7 4790
Chieftec Smart Series 700w (GPS-700A8)

When I played The Division or Battlefield 1 I experienced problem on temperature about 60-62. PC freezes, Screen goes black and I hear buzzing noise. I must force restart on button.

In Afterburner I have 100% fan speed and I'm able to reach 60-62C with 100%. I getting freeze most of times, yesterday 2/4 times.
Os is not problem, reinstalled few times.

Any help, I think that PSU is good enough for this system.

okey, check in BIOS if you have the option for Hardware max operating temperature. It might be switched on to kill your computer once the hardware reaches a certain temperature.
If that is not the case, change the cooling spread pase on your graphics card.
Your power supply seems to be ok for the hardware.
Another reason could be that your aftermarket fan for your gpu is somehow overvolting or undervolting your PSU.
Because when your computer switches off during heavy load it means something is killing it to save it from thermal damage.
Download SpeedFan and check your CPU for temperatures as well.

Thank you Vangar,

I will check those.
About CPU temps, they are really low, about 25-30. I have Noctua NH-D14 on it, Case has good airflow (CM HAF 932). Really don't know what is problem, my concern is that GPU Chip maybe went or something. :/
Will check bios. How can I see is GPU fan messing with my PSU?

I will see to change GPU past. I have some Arctic Silver MX4 left from CPU.

I checked BIOS, nothing there about TEMPS related to GPU. Just CPU Temp alarm that is off. Checked Overdrive settings to.

Did anyone had similar experience? I think that 60C is pretty low temp for GPU on max settings in new games. I think if graphic chip is went I would get artifacts or something.
I would downclocked if this GPU is OC edition, but, it is not. This is reference card with aftermarket cooler that is replaced when GPU is bought. Never had problems with it because I never hit 60C, but now i'm in different house with no Air con in room where is PC.
