hey everyone good morning. i have a issue that recently started my internet which is 8mbps whenever i try to download huge digital from my xbox one through out the download my internet/dsl drops why is this i usually have my xbox with a static ip and with dns static(8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4) no body really uses the internet other than me.. but let me put this to you guys attention when ever i download i could see how much mbps the xbox is using on the download most of the times it exceed over 8mbps and usually like in 17mbps or 20mbps or something 11mbps.... please help this is serious annoying

why when you download a movie it slows down and when you download a game it supersedes your expectations..? I would suspect ISP
Does this happen at certain times of the day? Sometimes your isp will restrict high users at certain times of the day. Try downloading overnight if you can also turning your router off every so often will give you a fresh connection I've been told this can help. If its consistently bad contact your is isp ask for a discount or if they can do anything. threaten to leave if they are not interested it's worked for me in the past when I had Internet troubles.
