I5 6600k vs i5 6600

Hey guys i know this quality has been asked alot but i didnt found a solution i'am confused between i5 6600k vs i5 6600 if i get the k i will reach my budget and drop the gpu if i get the non k i will geta gpu which one do you suggest for gaming or maybe some editing especially gaming

Non K, having a gpu is more important, that being said depending on your build it may be better to go with an i5-6500 and a stronger GPU than a i5-6600 and a weaker GPU. (From a gaming standpoint)

If you plan on overclocking you will need the i5-6600K along with a Z170 chipset motherboard. Looking on newegg, the i5-6600 is the same price as the K version, might as well get it as they hold their value longer.

If you are just wanting to game, get the 6600. The K will allow you to overclock and get the better performance in editing and rendering. but what is the motherboard you have? If you do not have the Z170, there is no need for you to get the K version, and the 6600 should be fine. If you JUST want to game, getting the i3-6100 will do you just fine. It's not as fast (obviously), but it gets the job done.
