I've been looking for a gtx 1060 3gb, and i was pretty sure about buying the gigabyte g1 gaming, but was looking for other brands and found asus dual at a really good price. I was surprised by the fact that the OC version, that costs 224,99 EUR is cheaper than the standart version, 233,89 EUR. I don't know much about this subject, so i want to know if it is a mistake by the seller, or if its normal...And, do you think the asus dual is a good choice?

Thats fine, they will all perform about the same. "Factory overcloked" makes very little difference most company's just add a small boost to the core and memory clocks. You can do that yourself for free with software like msi afterburner.

*Here's a relative performance chart in case you care:
https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/MSI/GTX_1050_Ti_Gaming_X/27.html

The GPU's can vary by quality, or in some cases the BINNING of the actual GPU processor itself which may give a slightly higher overclock.

However, for various reasons Pascal doesn't seem to have much overclocking left. That's not a bad thing really, because they're trying to squeeze everything out of them they can but it also means there MAY not be much reason to get a more expensive card.

*The quality of the card capacitors, fans etc can also affect the pricing. The TEMPERATURE affects how the GPU is throttled. It also depends on how good your CASE COOLING is so.

**Asus dual-fan looks pretty good too. As for not needing more than a SINGLE FAN that's arguably not true. The bigger cards have larger heatsinks as well, which should reduce temperature and thus delay when the FANS turn on, and of course the throttling issue I mentioned. It's hard to test that as it varies a lot by case, fans, ambient room temperature etc.

I'm also very noise sensitive. Any GTX1060 will be fairly quiet, but I prefer the dual-fan cards as they tend to be even quieter.

The BLOWER STYLE cards tend to be noisier than others, and should only be used where space is an issue in terms of eliminating the waste heat.

I'm guessing THIS is the card you're looking at?
https://www.asus.com/ca-en/Graphics-Cards/DUAL-GTX1060-O3G/

It looks like it should be quiet, and give similar performance to other GTX1060's. You might get a small boost to the 3-fan version from Asus or some other card but when on a BUDGET it's hard to recommend spending more.
