First of all, system specs:
CPU: AMD FX4100 3.6GHz
GPU: Asus GTS 450 1GB
Motherboard: asus m5a78l m lx v2
RAM: 8GB DDR3
PSU: Random unbranded 630W

Secondly, at christmas, i am planning to upgrade, i am moving to Intel therefore planning to get an Intel i3 6100, with this i will obviously need to upgrade mother board and RAM, but i am also planning to get a 1050ti. Therefore what should i upgrade first. E.G If i get a CPU for Christmas i will get a new GPU in July for my birthday therefore what should i upgrade first until July? My CPU or GPU.
Thanks

I would say get a high quality and affordable powe supply first.

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: Corsair CXM 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($46.97 @ Newegg)
Total: $46.97

Next get the graphics card over the platform upgrade for sure, and FX 4100+A GTX1060/RX470/RX480 would give alot better performance compared to a i3 6100+GTS 450, and by the time your birthday comes, intel 7th gen processor will be out and easily accesible. The 7th gen i3 would be a decent difference than the i3 6100.
