In my country 6600 and 6500 are same price.

So

They have same TDP right?Does that mean 6600 will stutter due to more speed?I will game on it and some basic stuff.

There's a less-than 1% performance increase between the 6600 and the 6500. So I would get the 6500 for overall value reasons.

The 6600 if they are the same price. They are the same cpu the 6600 just has a 100mhz higher base clock and 300mhz higher boost clock.

Yes they have the same TDP. Why would a faster cpu make anything stutter? I'm not sure what you mean by that.

Definetly get the 6600, if they are both for the same price, there is absolutely no reason to go for the 6500 intead.
