New build starts then turns of and keeps restarting

New build turns on with all fans and LEDs running but then turns off and continues to restart no beep codes or LED codes

Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170-HD3P
CPU: Intel pentium g440
Gpu: nvidia GeForce GT 610
Ram: ripjaws 8gb
Psu: Antec HCG 620w

All connections are secured and no pins are bent on the CPU

If removing all RAMs and starting the board, still same restarts?

Try removing all cables but the 24 and 8 pin power cables. Start the board by shortly touching with a screwdriver the 2 pins on the board corresponding to the case power button.
See if still restarting.

It looks like a heating issue. Is the CPU cooler properly installed?

Yes and the fan runs on start

Try taking the board outside the case, removing the CPU and checking the socket. If no bent pins, try testing again, outside the case.

If no bent pins, then put it back in, reinstall the CPU cooler and test, board outside the case.
