I need to download a bios update for the Gigabye H97M-D3H but it says my pc can't run it when i start up the file can you please help

Looking at the BIOS download page mentions that F8B is a BETA BIOS, Therefore some errors are to be expected, some even preventing use of the new BIOS. Use at your own risk!

As getochkn saiys. Why do you think you need to re-flash your BIOS?
Are you suren that nyou downloaded the correct BIOS for your motherboard?

If you still have the board and still want to update, then you should format a usb drive using fat format, then extract the files in the download zip. Enter the QFlash n select the bios file. U r gud 2 go, bt @ ua own risk.
