Would I need an aftermarker fan cooler for this gaming rig?

I just ordered my parts, but I'm still considering if I did wrong in not ordering a fan cooler for this system. I was told that I wouldn't need it as I wouldn't overclock the CPU and that the GPU stock fans were good enough. Though I would still like to get second opinions! So here's the rig:

Motherboard: Gigabyte H110M-S2H Intel H110 SK1151

CPU: Intel Core I5 6400 2.7GHz 6MB BOX

RAM(not that it matters I think): Crucial Ballistix Sport Black DDR4 8GB 2400Mhz Cas16

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB SATAIII 64MB (6GB/s)

GPU: Msi GTX1060 OC 6GB GDDR5 PCI-E

Case: NOX Hummer MC - Black

Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80PLUS

Yea the question is just if you think I would need a fan to cool it since my country gets really hot during the summer (topping 40ºc) and if I should get one, which one should I get? I was told it depended on the case fans I had but I don't know ANYTHING about cases Dx I was also thinking about just going with the Cryorig H7 because it's not much more expensive than some other lower quality fans, but I accept suggestions, although, I would like to avoid having to buy one right now if it really isn't necessary, but it must be then so be it. I also don't know if that fan is compatible or whatever with this rig, pardon me really, I just got into this whole building a desktop thing. I come from a 4 year old Toshiba laptop x)
Anyways, thank you guys in advance! This website has been crazy helpful :)

Solution
Easiest mount on the market , great stock replacement.

Zero Interference
A Cooler That
Fits Anywhere

The CRYORIG C7 has a specifically designed width and length that safely complies with the CPU * Keep Out Zone . The C7 is a guaranteed fit, with no RAM or PCI-E card interference period.

*The CPU Keep Out Zone is a design guideline set by both Intel and AMD. It is set around the CPU, and dictates no components over a certain height can be placed there.

The H7 has one of the easiest mounting mechanisms, so it shouldn't be too hard.

Sorry forgot to include something in the question yesterday. This CPU will be used for Livestreaming some triple aaa games at 1080p over 60fps and some light video editing. Do you think it wont be too much for the CPU thermal wise? Will it not overheat? Specially with the livestreaming thing :) Thanks again..
