Hi guys. I saw a few post about this thing but my problem is a little bit different. So i bought a pc, intel core i5, 10 gigs of ar and etc. Then i bought a graphics card GTX660 PALIT. So it came with a PCI-E 6pin cable but my motherboard does not have any pci-e connections. what should I do ? Buy a new motherboard? too expensive for me.

If your new video card needs a power supply (PSU) direct connection as it sounds, upgrading your power supply to one that has a couple of molex connectors makes sense as Gam3r01 aptly points out. The video card may require more power than your old PSU has to spare anyway.

Before you go what is the wattage of that psu as those sff (smal form factor computers) usually only have psu's that are around 300w which is not enough to power a gtx 660 (might be but pushing it quite a bit).

Update:
Also unless that gpu is a small form factor it won't fit in the case and your case will need some modifying.
