Update BIOS at gigabyte h81m-ds2 mobo

Is updating the BIOS worth it? when i check the version it says Version F1. I went to gigabyte website and found that this mobo have bios updates to F6 F7 and F8 and I was wondering if it is worth and what gains will i get

If it ain't broke don't fix it. Thats the rule with bios updates. A bios update will give you no noticeable performance gains the best it can do is fix a small bug or make something more user friendly to change.
