According to their product's technical date page the cooler is capable of dissipating a max TDP of 100W and the recommended maximum TDP CPU you should pair it with is 90W. While the AMD Athlon x4 860K is rated at 95W, your cooler is 5W's shorter. If you factor in turbo clock speeds then the heat output is going to be higher. I own an A10-6800K(which is the same processor only with an integrated GPU) and it apparently can heat up inadvertently while the boards that support it(ASRock at least) don't have any form of thermal management in BIOS thus it tends to overheat as power is delivered to the processor without a limit.

That being said, can you please list your full system's specs as:
CPU:
Motehrbaord:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Peripherals:

^ Pretty much all of the above will help govern what cooler to get for you. The last bit of the puzzle is the budget meant for a cooler and your location/store you'd like to purchase to sort out a cooler.

Sadly a lot of the coolers out there will require the stock cooling mechanism be changed out while some will just act as a drop in replacement. I'm using a Be Quiet! Shadow Rock LP cooler and it's merely drop in. If you could source AMD's Wraith cooler from Ebay, on the other hand, that'd be awesome!

* Although premature, if your chassis support the height of the cooler, you can take a look into Be Quiet!'s Pure Rock cooler. It works with the stock AMD mounting mechanism.
