Help me enable Sata II 3.0 GB/S

My mobo manual says this:

"If pin 5 and pin 6 are shorted, SATA 1.5Gb/s will be enabled.
On the other hand, if you want to enable SATAII 3.0Gb/s, please remove the
jumpers from pin 5 and pin 6."

I wanna make sure I'm running on Sata 3.0gb/s. How do I do this? Which jumpers?? Are there jumpers on HDD's ?

What motherboard is this?

Is there a jumper across pin 5 & 6 on the drive? If not, you are fine...

That would seem to be a pic from the drive manual, not the motherboard manual.

What motherboard is this?

Is there a jumper across pin 5 & 6 on the drive? If not, you are fine.
Connect it with your SATA cables and proceed on.

No there are no jumpers on the hdd i think. Motherboard is asrock n68c-gs fx.
