Hey, guys. I recently put together a build on PCPARTPICKER. It says all the parts are compatible, but I also wanted to know just how well this build will do with the most demanding Triple-A games currently out, and how long it will last before needing an upgrade. Here's the link.

Thanks in advance.

Thats not a particularly great CPU cooler, you gould get a faqr outperforming air cooler for that money.
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU Cooler: CRYORIG H5 Universal 65.0 CFM CPU Cooler ($46.88 @ OutletPC)
Total: $46.88
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

This will beat a 120 mm radiator no matter what and doen't come with the fear of leakage or other catasphropies assosiated with AOI coolers.

You'll be able to play at 1440p 60+fps in most titles. How long it will last depends on how picky you are with degrading performance. You can save some money by getting cheaper RAM (about $30) but other than that there's nothing you can add that will make an important difference in performance.
