Can I overclock this laptop gpu? Lots of people say you can but it's not worth or it will burn out your laptop. Currently I can run fallout 4 on low settings. It's consistently choppy but easily playable. I want it to be able to run smoothly or at least medium settings at a playable fps. Some people who overclock laptop gpus seem to get an average of 10 more fps which would greatly help me run this game smoothly.

930m is not a gaming-level graphics processor. Overclocking anything in a laptop is also advised against. Even if you overclock it, chances are you will fry something (as laptop mobo power delivery is designed for lower-level performance) and you will not get great performance either.
