I installed the utility and driver. Opened the utility, connected to my mobile hotspot (cellular data is on, doubled checked it). Gets connected but no internet access. If you wanna know anymore please kindly instruct me what and how because I don't even how to provide you with basic information about this.

1| Can you please list your full system's specs as:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Peripherals:
Wireless adapters and your mobile device that is acting as the hotspot:

2| Have you made sure your USB/chipset drivers are up to date?

3| In retrospect, you don't need to install your wireless adapter's utility but rather the drivers.

4| Have you verified that the wireless adapter can connect and operate off of a hotspot produced by a router(not your phone). If so then the issue is with your phone.
