Yea. It looks pretty tight. You could see how big your current graphics card is then find one that might be a little bit bigger. An alternative would probably be a GTX 1060 Mini.

I'm pretty sure that all graphics card are compatible with all motherboards. Just the matter of fact if there's an 6-pin or 8-pin connector.
