Overwatch Budget CPU

No! The intel q6600 is far outdated to run Overwatch even in lowest setting. Sorry to upset you mate, but it is the fact. You'll at least need a cpu with two physical cores and 4 thread (though the q6600 is a quad core chip, but it is much older and nowadays a pentium can beat it by a large margin), like the 6th gen skylake Intel i3 6100 or similarly AMD's FX 6300 ( 3 cores, 6 modules/threads). Anything below that will struggle to run most games at decent settings! Though if you're planning to buy one right now, I would suggest you to go with the intel i3 6100. It has a higher clock speed and is much more newer. That being said, you're also expanding your future upgradability path if you're going with Skylake+Z170. Or if you still wanna go with the AMD, then I would suggest you to wait for a couple of months and then buy a AMD ZEN chip.
