Laptop will not connect or recognize wifi following avg update!

Laptop will not connect, does not recognize wifi, but iPad does. Not had this problem before! Message says "network adapter Dell wireless 1397 wean mni-card is experiencing driver or hardware related issues"

Since you just updated the laptop, it is more than likely the driver error. You will just need to uninstall and reinstall the driver through your Device Manager. You should be able to get a current driver from Dell's support page. Google should be able to turn something up.
