i need some help for my gpu

i bought a new gpu radeon 460 and i had some problems when i was playing games .. the game freezes and then i was getting notifications like application has be blocked from accessing graphic hardwhare and i changed my psu but now i have the same problem ... and my drivers is up to date to what should i do ??? pls help me

Check usage with software like gpuz https://www.techpowerup.com/downloads/SysInfo/GPU-Z/ or speccy https://www.piriform.com/speccy/download

Your motherboard HDMI uses Intel Graphics. Your GPU uses.. the GPU. Only one should be enabled. It will disable or affect the other. You need to do a BIOS reset, not install Intel drivers and ue the GPU output only but it sounds like you aren't going to be able to do all that so I suggest researching online about all of these things.

At least uninstall/disable the onboard Intel graphics, set the primary boot dispaly device to peg/pcie in your BIOS and restart with the HDMI plugged into the GPU.

i had my hdmi on the gpu .... now i put it on the other hdmi port and its not freezing ?????????? wtf but i was playing darksiders .... hmmm am i just an idiot or i plugged the gpu wrong ????
