Hello. I recently attempted to upgrade my GPU and have come across an issue after uninstalling all graphics drivers. When I start my pc it seems that everything powers up but I am not getting any display signal. I have tried to plugging straight into the on-board graphics and didn't get a signal there either. I'd also like to point out that I used a program to uninstall the graphics drivers and that the no display started happening after I took my CMOS battery out to reset. Thanks in advance for any advice!

Solution

Remove the video card, try onboard graphics. You should at least see the BIOS screen loading. Did you put the battery back in the system?

Makes sense, unfortunately :( I was pretty delicate with the process and it seemed to go smoothly. Not sure if maybe static or something could have been the culprit

it should still run without drivers windows will use generic. listen i just had this problem with this pc but i thought it was mobo/sata/cpu bad since i had no hdd light by the way is your hdd light going on.
long story short i cleaned my cpu out. i had thermal paste leaking into my pins. it booted and hdd worked, then crashed again, and again. turns out my new heatsink was disposition or too tight or something. i loosen it and shifted it back a bit and booooooom boot windows and so on. just a thought mate lemme know if it works. i seriously been dealing with it for like 3 months and TRIED EVERYTHING this was the only thing that worked instantly right
