Currently, my part list is :
i7 6700k
16GB Corsair LPX Ram - 3200mhz
Asus z170 Pro Gaming
EVGA GTX 1070
Corsair RM750i PSU
Samsung 850 EVO - 250GB
Western Digital - 1TB
Corsair C70 Vengeance Case
Corsair H110i Water Cooling

Any suggestions? I heard the EVGA GTX 1070s are having overheating issues, any recommendations? Also I heard the Asus z170 Pro Gaming isn't really good. Corsair H110i a bit outdated? Is the Samsung 850 evo too slow?

One more thing, 1440p or 1080p monitor. I will usually play regular games like CS:GO, League of Legends, etc. However, I do play latest gen games like BF1 etc.

Can you reach $399?

G2460PG 24" G-Sync monitor w/ refresh rate of 144 Hz and a response time of 1 ms.

Great for fps games.

The EVGA overheating problem is now resolved, depending where you get it, and it is only on certain models of the cards.

Not sure about the motherboard, but it will probably do the job nicely. The H110i will cool your CPU easily and allow a nice overclock on the top of it.

The Samsung 850 Evo is said to be one of the top SSDs out there, and if you was to change it, the boot times and speeds will nto change at all, really.

Monitor recommendation, with the GTX 1070, I would recommend getting a 1440p Monitor with 60/75Hz Refresh rate, or a 1080p Monitor with 144Hz Refresh rate.

However, the bios I don't think would do enough (not for me at least), the thermal pads seem like a lot of work to do. Yeah so i'm currently debating against those 2.

Have you bought these already? I can recommend some good other recommendations instead of those, and also what budget are you on/where do you live.

I have bought them already, but will exchange / return this Saturday. I live in northern California in a big city. My budget was 1.5k without tax. Still looking for monitor, store didn't have stock.
