I just put in a new power supply into my pc, and now my built in wifi adapter says my router doesn't have a strong connection, even tho the router sits right on top of my computer, I think my power supply messed it up. I all ready tried deleting/reinstalling the drivers and it still won't work, there's nothing wrong with my router either,

Solution
Hmm, it seems that there is some interfance. Did you accidently tocuh it when replacing the PSU? Is it a brand new PSU or used?

I mean signal strength, it says I only have 1 bar of connection and I can't even connect to the internet, and yes my device manager sees it

It's a brand new psu and I don't think I hit it, but I don't know

No issues, I would recommend either a PCI Wifi adapter or a cheap AC WiFi dongle.

You could try a fresh Windows install, but I doubt that could fix it. But if your router is RIGHT there, why not just use ethernet? It's more stabled and faster.
