Everytime PC Starts up, HDD's make an awful sound, will not happen if the PC is on its side.

Everytime I turn on my PC, my drives sound like they want to kill themselves, it happens for a few minutes then the noise just stops. I have no idea what is going on, anyone have any ideas?

Sapphire R9 FURY NITRO 4GB HBM
16GB DDR3 HyperX Fury RAM
MSI H97 Gaming 3 Motherboard
2TB Seagate
1TB Seagate
500GB WD Blue
250GB SSD
NZXT H440

Check your fans please. Usually a hard drive making noise like you describe is showing signs of imminent failure. Do a backup now.

Are you sure it's the HDDs. Do you have a CD or DVD inserted?

I don't have a CD Drive, I tested my fans and it's none of them. The HDD's are the last thing to check, unless I'm missing something

If it only does it while sitting upright and not while on its side, it sounds like it's just case harmonics. Check the inside of the case for any loose metal or screws
