Hello. Here's my problem,
when I play a sized game, it completes freezes thus restarting my pc. I want to mention in some demanding games such as Gta 5, The Division some textures load slowly in result there are stutters.

Any idea why ? which component of my PC makes this happen ?

Components
OS : windows 10 64 bit
Ram : 8GB
CPU: i5 4460, 3.2 ghz (not overclocked)
GPU: Asus RX 460 4GB (factory overclocked, I didn't manually overclocked more)
HDD: Western Digital 1TB
PSU : 450W

All drivers are up to date, GPU and CPU temperatures are below 65.

Solution
I think we have found the culprit! with a low quality, no-name PSU you have no idea what it is actually delivering on the 12 Volt rails. Anytime that the PC requires more power than the PSU can deliver, it will crash and re-boot.
