I have a budget of no more than £60 for a CPU cooler because the stock cooler for the i5-4670k isn't very good and it's quite old now. I'm not sure if I should get air cooling or liquid cooling for this price but two I found were:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Corsair-Performance-Liquid-Cooler-Radiator/dp/B009VV56TY/ref=sr_1_1?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1480525231&sr=1-1&keywords=cpu+water+cooler

Let me know if these are any good or if you found a better one for me? ;)

the H55 is no better than the Dark Rock 3, if you want a good liquid cooler that can surpass the cooling capability of the Dark Rock 3 then look towards the Corsair H100i v2 and models in it's price range. for the budget of 60$, i would always go for a air cooler.

bequiet is not a cheap brand. Have you looked at Cryorig? Raijintek? there are many competitors that offer much cheaper cooling solutions that perform very well.

You have to remember, be quiet doesn't smelt aluminium for fins or extrude copper for heat pipes. Paying more for their box is pointless imo.

these will be good alternatives:

Someone here on Tom's Hardware told me that was a good one about a week ago when I was choosing my new build which is the only reason why I say that one.

usually mid tower cases have a CPU cooler clearance of atleast 155mm, the Dark Rock 3 needs 132mm so it should fit without any worries.

i think it can, if i am correct

I honestly could not be sure mate , the fan can be moves up but from what I see you have less than 10mm clearance to the case side.

In all honesty I would plump for a cryorig h5 univeral.
Its about the same price but is offset so is guaranteed to miss the ram slots.
It also performs better than the dark rock.
