After starting Windows normally everything seems fine until after a few minutes in (maybe 5-10) every program freezes one after another till nothing works anymore. I've run virus searches without success but i read that maybe ccleaner can help me. Anyway i am out of ideas and need help! (Safe mode works fine for me)

Safe mode working fine usually means it something loading at startup.
Run MSconfig and disable all buit a couple of entries in the startup tab.
Reboot.
If all is fine, re-enable a couple more entries.
repeat this process until you narrow down the offender.
