New setup, PCPARTPICKER list, any recommended changes?

I have currently a gigabyte 78lmt usb3, EVGA 960 2gb SSC, and AMD FX 4300, powered with a thermaltake smart650W. However I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with the performance of my system. As so, I'm ordering a new system, and used PC part picker to build a new one. Can anyone give me some tips on my new system?

Also if possible, I wouldn't mind lowering the price range a bit. I'm looking for 1080p60 on fallout 4, skyrim remaster, max render distance with light shaders on minecraft, etc.
