Hi! You can Call me Com, I'm a bit new to PC building in general, I've done some research but that is the extent. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help my sorry ass build a pc! I have a budget of $350 and don't mind doing some price cutting.

Would prefer WIN10, decent memory, and relatively smaller case due to lack of space in my room.

I'd like to run at least medium settings on the basics;
Counter Strike
Minecraft
Overwatch
League

Solution
I would suggest first to find an OEM Windows 7 which is currently on sale as it's sometimes cheaper and will allow you to get a better PC overall. Also, there are cheaper Windows 10 Home but the downside is you can't turn off automatic updates which is very annoying atleast for me since it will be using your net, and you can't do anything about it especially during online gaming. But, if you have a fast internet connection and don't mind downloading and playing online at the same time, get WIN 10 Home otherwise, stick with Windows 7.

Now for the PC, that leaves us with $300(Both WIN 10 and 7 are sometimes priced at $100 on Amazon, so). With the games you mentioned, you can play with a very low end card so this build is not quite much...

With the games you mentioned, you can play with a very low end card so this build is not quite much of a problem as it normally is. I myself am using a GT 630 to play DOTA 2(low settings so I get max performance because you know what happens in these games) and Minecraft(medium - high settings). So, here's my suggestion:

CPU - Intel Pentium G4500

MOBO - ASRock H110M-HDS

GPU - XFX RX 460

RAM - Crucial Ballistix Sport 4GB

HDD - Seagate 250 GB

CASE - Rosewill Dual Fans - it's a micro ATX case meaning it's small

PSU - Antec VP-450W

With this build, you can upgrade your motherboard, CPU and GPU in the future to get a better performing PC overall.
