So i'm almost finished with this build I just want to get around 8-16 gigs of ram that's compatible with the motherboard, also let me know if any of these parts aren't compatible or if you have any better suggestions for parts i'm not very component savvy.

I really just need to know good ram this motherboard is compatible with and am also wondering if this motherboard could do SLI/crossfire if I want to get another 1070 in the future. Oh I almost forgot I also need a case, I want it to be fairly cheap, I don't mind how it looks as long as its big and can fit everything.

Solution
Can't see why you want to cheap out on a case with a build like this, but this one seems decent for the price right now with rebate,

with the sli in mind could you also look at this one with all the space for two gpu's,

I would look at this cooler,

for ram could you look at these,

i guess you don't need more than 16gb's of ram.

Why the 2011 V3 anyway? Why not just an i7 6700K? and matching board of course. It's cheaper ...

Solution
that mobo supports

PCI Express 3.0 x16
3 x PCIe 3.0 x16 slots (PCI_E1,3,5), support up to 3-way mode
- 1-way mode: x16/ x0/ x0
- 2-way mode: x16/ x16/ x0*, 16/ x8/ x0**
- 3-way mode: x8/ x16/ x8*, x8/ x8/ x8**

* For the CPU that supports 40 PCIe lanes
** For the CPU that supports 28 PCIe lanes
PCI Express x1
2 x PCIe 2.0 x1 slots (PCI_E2,4)

Memory Standard
DDR4 3333*(*OC)/ 3110*/ 3000*/ 2750*/ 2666*/ 2600*/ 2400*/ 2200*/ 2133

For the memory DDR4 2666 seems to be a good spot
