So I have a Acer Aspire X3400 although I have modified it a bit and I have a PSU around 500W and I'm also using a Radeon HD 2600XT but it only has 300mb of memory... My current specs are:

  • Radeon HD 2600XT - 300mb (NVidia 9200 Integrated) GPU
    AMD Athlon 2 X2 220 - 2.8GHz CPU
500gb HDD Seagate (I have another one if needed) Hard Drive
    DA061/078L-AM3 Motherboard
    5gb DDR3
    RAM (2 x 2GB, 1 x 1GB)
    Windows 10 x64 OS
    ~500W PSU
I don't know if I need to provide anything else but pretty much what I need help with is getting a new GPU and CPU. I'm not too worried about price (Not over 350$ CAD plz) but I just want to know how well of a GPU I can't get while getting the best CPU for AM3 without bottlenecking at all or anything like that. I was thinking about going with a AMD HD 6870, AMD HD 7750 or even a NVidia GTX 750ti... if I can go that high. Not sure about Processor but I know the motherboard is compatible with AM2/AM2+/AM3. Any answers on what I should buy, I can get more ram if needed. I think the max was 8gb. The games I really want to run are Rust and Counter Strike: Global Offense (on high or medium). keep in mind I'm in Canada so prices may vary. Oh and one more thing I currently don't have a case since the x3400 case was too small to fit the GPU and PSU.

I have about a 300-350$ budget Canadian. (as already specified in the post) Although I will add that I am currently thinking of going with a AMD Phenom II X4 940 AM2+ 1.8GHz (Quad Core). I will also restate- in case you missed that - that I'm probably also going for a AMD HD 6870, AMD HD 7750 or even a NVidia GTX 750ti... if I can go that high...
