U UnspokenWhale Reputable Aug 18, 2014 96 1 4,660 Nov 30, 2016 #2 The minimum CPU specs are an Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs) @ 2.5GHz. For graphics, the same page says that you need a 4870 or higher, but it recommends at least a 7870. The 6950 from what I could find is slower than the 7870, so you'd be playing above the minimum specs but under the recommended specs. So it should play, but probably on low/medium. Upvote 0 Downvote
