So to start off these are my pc specs:
AMD FX-8350 EVGA GTX 970 HyperX 8Gb ddr3 Corsair Bronze certified 750WAT 1 TB
WD BLUE 120 GB Kingston SSD NZXT S340

So when i first went to build my pc i was looking around at build guides and what people recommended and a lot of people said that amd was an amazing card and and it was cheap and they said that people were just calling bad because they were fanboys of intel (jayztwocents said that he was disappointing from upgrading from the 8350 to the 4790k)

But now that i own the 8350 i hate it so much im constantly being bottle-necked by it and its just annoying i wouldn't recommend it to anybody unless all they play are games from 2012

i would upgrade to an i5 but i cant nearly afford that, to start the processor is like 400 dollars than i have to buy a new motherboard and a new copy of windows 10

im sorry for being so angry in this post but i just really need to vent, is there anything i can do? are there any am3+ processors that are better than the 8350 plz help and thank you in advace

There is the option of the FX 9590. It is one of the highest end AM3 processers, but there are a few warnings.

It does run EXTREMELY hot. It does not come with a stock cooler, and is suggested to be water cooled.

i read a lot of posts on here that its not worth the upgrade because if you had good enough cooling for that processor you could just overclock your 8350

Your Windows 10 license you can associate to your e-mail account and than transfer it to another machine as you please.

I assume CAD or AUS as an i5-6600k will only set you back $250 US or so ($220, so I assume some of the BF/CM rebates are still in effect for the rest of this week in the US). A $90 Z170 motherboard and $60 (16GB DDR4 2133) memory and you would be good to go. So possibly 600-700 CAD or AUS.

FX-9000 chips are just overclocked versions of what he has, and they require one of the top end motherboards that can supply that much through the VRMs. Better off just overclocking what you have.

I'm not sure what you mean. You can install an OS without a license, since, well, as long as I can remember.

You own the OS. Microsoft allows you to associate your license to an e-mail address. You then sign in to your computer with that address and you are licensed. They've had signing in with an e-mail address since Windows 8 but relaxed the restrictions for Windows 10 to promote adoption.
