Hi all.
So I bought a rx 470 and put it in my computer. Now I get 1-10 fps in overwatch, with cpu at 100% usage. According to hwmonitor, motherboard is at 127C, while cpu is in the low 20s on idle. Everything seems to be slower, even opening google chrome. In benchmarks, the processor performed as usual. No idea whats causing all these problems. The parts are all in a well cooled case. Using stock cpu cooler. Voltages normal.
