i got the XFX GTR RX480 8GB at 1388 Mghz. gettings temps like 40 at idle and 60 after a gaming session ( CSGO and Skyrim) . when i turn the system on , just before i login in windows , tHe fans spin like crazy for a split second, are 60 on full load on games like cs go and skyrim good and 40 on idle?
odd temps with new gpu?

Everything looks good here. The fans spinning at windows starts is a lack of driver control, but once the drivers load, the card responds and go into silent mode. They wont turn on until the GPU hits 65'c after that.
