I need help as soon as possible with my new build

My new build will not turn on. It has power because the motherboard, which is a z170a m7 has the green power light on and has a blue light on too. No fans turn on and I can't press the power button. PLEASE HELP

check your power/led/hd/reset plugs make sure they are on correctly. If a video card is installed, re-seat it.

Unfortunately there can be A LOT of different things it could be when a PC wont boot right after you built it. Is your 8-pin CPU power connected from your power supply? It is next to the CPU usually on the left and up a little. Did you connect the front panel headers? Did you connect them correctly? Sometimes they can be a little bit tricky. Are the CPU Pins bent?
