I just built my first PC and all the fans start but it won't display to my monitor. I've tried other displays and other inputs and I've tried those long lists of what to do but still nothing.

Edit: I've already returned and replaced the mobo and CPU still nothing :/

My specs are

Mobo: ASRock 970m pro3

CPU: Amd fx 4300 black edition

GPU: GeForce GTX 950

PSU: ThermalTake 600 watt

HDD: SeaGate 1tb HDD desktop

Ram: patriot ddr3 ram 2x 4gb

Any help is much appreciated, thanks.

Solution
Unplug the machine, take the graphics card out and put it back in. Take all power connectors out and put them back in. This may seem like it won't accomplish anything that's not already been done, but sometimes something just isn't making a proper connection and these sort of problems can arise.

BTW, what is the model of your power supply?
Let's get the basics out of the way before we do our more advanced troubleshooting...
1) Is the monitor plugged into the GTX 950? Motherboard graphics will be disabled when a video card is installed.
2) Is the monitor turned on and set to the correct input?
3) Try using different display cables. It's not too common, but cables do fail.
4) Are there any suspicious LEDs currently lit on the motherboard like RAM or VGA warning lights?

@weberdarren97 yes It's plugged into the 950 and yes I've tried hdmi dvi and vga and there are not any leds that's I can see. My monitor detects that there is somthing attempting to imput if that means anything
