Solution
I am guessing that converts to some $70 us.
That will only buy you a basic level card .
The GT730 64 bit is probably appropriate.
Strangely, the 64 bit version is stronger than the GT730 128 bit version.
That is because it has more but slower cuda cores.

Sir U Need To Change
U Cant Run The End latest Games On 30 Fps If U Mean Bf1 TitanFall2 Asassins Creed Series And E.t.c In 800 * 600 !!!
And I Also Consider Ur Low Budget. So Wait For A Better Money Situation For A Change Because Ur Cpu Cant Handle These Games Also Will Bottleneck The Gpu Too For Sure ( The Gpu Which Is Suitable Enough For Gaming On Minimum 30fps ) .
Unfortunately Ur Ram Is Also DDR 2 And Is 4Gb Which Isnt Very Suitable For These Games... They Need At Least 6/8 Gb
What Ever This Gpu IS About 100 Dollar Fit To Ur Budget

MSI Computer Corp. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti Gaming OC 2GB GDDR5 VGA/DVI/HDMI PCI-Express Video Card N750TI TF 2GD5/OC

https://www.amazon.com/MSI-OC-PCI-Express-N750TI-2GD5/dp/B00I602S92

I Really Dont Know If This Gpu Is Affordable In India So If U Couldnt Afford It I Suggest U This :

EVGA GeForce GT 740 Superclocked Single Slot 2GB DDR3 Graphics Cards 02G-P4-2742-KR

https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Clocked-Graphics-02G-P4-3747-KR/dp/B00KJGYS4Y/ref=pd_sbs_147_3?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B00KK8MEU6&pd_rd_r=AKXRNS117P15JVQWX6H8&pd_rd_w=vx6YA&pd_rd_wg=FWVzq&refRID=AKXRNS117P15JVQWX6H8&th=1

Still Cant Afford It ? So Try It !!! :

MSI GeForce GT 730 Fermi DDR3 128-bit 2GB DirectX 12 (N730 2GD3V3)

https://www.amazon.com/MSI-GeForce-128-bit-N730-2GD3V3/dp/B015DROZM8/ref=pd_lpo_147_tr_t_3?_encoding=UTF8&refRID=5PKC59TTVTCH8MG724A9&th=1

Your CPU is a big issue to run new games, you would want a newer / faster Core 2 Quad to replace that, Q6600 or something along those lines or faster. Check your motherboard compatibility list. RAM is also too low for modern games, so there are issues there since you can't upgrade it. Newer video cards may also have issues running in your system since older non-UEFI motherboards tend to have issues seeing new cards.

You can try a Raden 7750 or nVidia GT 730 GDDR5 but your system overall needs to be replaced for new games.
