HDD doesnt show during installation.

i Bought i new hdd for one of my desktop but during installation it doesn't show and when i put as secondry in another pc it shows in disk management but can't format.

It sounds like the drive might be having issues. It was a good idea to try it out with a different computer as well. However before you're able to partition and format a new internal drive, you should first initialize it. Here's how to do that: How to initialize or write a signature to a secondary hard drive or Solid State drive in Windows. Other than that I'd strongly recommend that you download the drive manufacturer's diagnostic tool and test the drive for errors, to see if anything out of the ordinary pops-up.
